Santana Moss or Danny Amendola in a PPR league?

With Percy Harvin out I need a WR to fill in. Should I start Santana Moss or Danny Amendola? Keep in mind that I play in a PPR league.|||I would start Amendola, he is really the only good Ram reciever and Bradford is on fire against a terrible D
