Should I start Chris Perry or Santana Moss in my flex spot for week 4?

Perry is playing a horrible Cleveland defense and Santana is playing a tough Dallas D, but you can expect that Washington will be throwing a lot of Dallas takes a good lead.|||santana is in the top 3 recievers in most leagues right now. gotta start him. jason campbell looks better and dallas' secondary is no good|||Perry. I imagine Cincy will be in a close game and use Perry a lot to control the field. He also has better chances at TD's.|||I would go with moss. Campbell is beginning to learn the west coast stlye of offense.
