Who do I start at the flex position week 9. Santana Moss or Fred Davis?

I have the new tight end in washington Fred Davis, and Santana Moss, which of the two do I start at the flex position.|||Santana Moss is going to have a great game today vs. a banged up inexperienced ATL Secondary. Fred Davis will have less success at TE than Moss, Start Moss at Flex|||Santana Moss. He is going to hava a big game against Atlanta, the last time he played them he had over 100 yard receiving.
